My city kids need to get into a good mindset for learning. Many students deal with life situations that most adults don't ever need to handle. My students need to understand the power of thoughts and to learn ways to settle the mind and focus on school in a positive way. These yoga mats will give each student a personal space for meditation and yoga to achieve a calmer mind that is ready to learn. By learning to clear the mind and focus on the breath, my students will have a life skill they can use to help them grow mentally and emotionally.

About my class
