As a teacher, I observed that my students are struggling with basic math concepts which are very important and required for their learning to take the test/quiz, State Exams, ACT and any other competitive exams. My students are having some misunderstanding and/or misconceptions on basic concepts like positive and negative numbers, adding and subtracting fractions, combining like terms and operations on polynomials. This project will help my students to understand and apply math concepts in a better way rather than Roth memorization. Basic classroom materials will help my ninth and tenth graders to better understand and apply the knowledge of operations and properties of numbers which will prepare them for Algebra 1 State Tests. My eleventh graders will understand and apply their knowledge of Real Number, Operations on Polynomials and solving equations while preparing and taking ACT test and any competitive exams for scholarships with hands-on activities.
