This project will help us enhance our science center and to give our students a better hands-on learning experience. The tools and material requested will be used for experiments and investigations. This will allow our students to ask questions about the world around them and learn to problem solve. These hands-on opportunities will give the students a chance to learn more about the way wind blows, different animals and their environment, the difference between the four seasons, and how things sink or float. The resources that you will be providing for our Head Start classroom will give our students a chance to explore, investigate, problem solve, and ask questions. Some of the items we are asking for are a light table, accessories for a light table, science puzzles and I Can Do It Science Kit. Our three to five year olds love to explore and experiment, so these materials will help them grow in their learning. Thank you!
