The other day I wanted to do a lab with my students until I realized I did not have any graduated cylinders in my classroom to do that lab. It was then that I realized my science classroom needed a little bit of help and love so I can efficiently teach science to my students. Every time I do a lab with students, I see their eyes light up, curiosity is created and a love for learning is instilled. Beakers, graduated cylinders, chemicals and other common lab materials with help me achieve that goal, to turn my students into scientists. My classroom is very inquiry based. It helps drive their motivation and passion to learn. Having more science supplies available in the classroom will help with implementing more labs and projects. Dissections, microscopic viewings, chemical reactions and more are awaiting my students eager hands and minds!
