During assessments, one iPad would be used for the student to complete tasks and the other would be used to record responses. The Big Grip cases and stands are necessary for my students with orthopedic impairments that have difficulty holding larger items. Having these two iPads will allow me to administer my assessments digitally and get a more dynamic picture of where my student’s speech and language skills are and where we need to go. These iPads would also allow me to integrate technology into my therapy sessions and expose these students to learning experiences they are unable to access at home.
