Using the fitness equipment will help to prevent injury and develop the athletes to perform at there optimum potential. Competing in the sport of football calls for a high level of physical training that is the standard for high school athletes. When students athletes are prepared and trained properly the number of injuries is significantly low. As the conditioning of the program improves so does the level of safety of each participating athlete. Youth muscle development and fitness level play an intricate part in building confidence in adolescent young men. The student-athletes get a hands-on experience of the result of training properly with the appropriate equipment.
