Education today is all about flexibility. Teachers and learners must be able to incorporate and adapt to the constantly changing learning environment. Flexible seating is the answer for today’s students. Flexible seating like wobble chairs and balance balls will allow my students to be more comfortable while they work. It will also help students who have a hard time sitting be less disruptive to others. In my classroom, students will be allowed to move around the room choosing flexible seating as needed throughout the day. This grant provides a better learning environment for my students and will increase their academic success while students differentiate their learning with their seating.
