The students are learning how to work for and gather funds for a fun learning experience. They are learning to maintain a fund account and understand the skills it takes to earn and save money. This event will allow my students to experience being a participant in a parade that is a nationally known event. The parade will air on Christmas Day on national television. The students are not only using teamwork in their efforts to raise money for this event, they will be using teamwork with other students across the United States.

About my class
