These supplies will continue to enhance the virtual learning classroom that I strive to create. My students cannot learn via video and learn best with hands on activities. I am sending home task boxes that will include math manipulatives and letter tiles. They really enjoy hands on interactive learning. Barriers to learning can be broken if I facilitate lack of motivation by developing the confidence they need to complete their work successfully. My students need to see concrete examples and using manipulates. With learning manipulative, they get immediate feedback on what they are doing right or wrong. The supplies will give each child the tools they will need to engage in lessons and activities. The students in my classroom have different abilities and unique needs. The best way to increase learning is to enrich their learning with hands-on activities. These supplies will help.
