All of my students are diagnosed with both physical and intellectual disabilities, which makes it difficult for my students to access curriculum and content. All my students vary in their ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations. I teach multiple grade levels in our class and vibrant, colorful print outs of our curriculum would enliven our lessons and help them engage! My students would greatly benefit from colorful, laminated pages, and using velcro to adapt our learning will help with their fine motor skills. We will use the printer and ink, laminating sheets, and velcro to create the materials my students need for hands-on learning that will help them grow their phonics and number sense skills! My students are amazing and have a tremendous ability to grow, and I'm passionate about doing everything I can to help them achieve their goals, but we need a little helping hand.
