Please help me to purchase class sets of diverse literature for my students! It is a privilege to teach my Chicago learners and I want to provide my students with a variety of texts in order to teach them about the world around us. Novel sets I wish to purchase are The House on Mango Street, Copper Sun, The Absolutely True Diaries of a Part TIme Indian, A Raisin in the Sun, American-Born Chinese and a year long subscription to Scholastic: Action. Literature can change lives! Please help me to expose students to different genres, characters and themes during their formative middle school years.
