Our science and social studies curriculum emphasizes the importance of expanding our knowledge about our own environment and the environments around the world. These individual, dry erase maps will provide scholars with an opportunity to interact with our lessons in a hands on way. They will be able to more deeply understand the content and our world as they will be able to identify states, continents, oceans, etc. on their own, whether that be through circling, coloring in, or pointing to these things individually. The maps will be more interactive and will allow scholars to truly see where the environments are that we are learning about in relation to themselves. The maps will give scholars various opportunities to think about our world in different ways.
