I chose the stability balls with feet, bean bag chairs, and the desk bands to add to my classroom for my students! I have one student who can't sit down, so to help, she holds my hand and walks around with me when I teach. It has helped with her some cause she has to walk around, but I like to talk with my hands. It's hard to teach, but it's helping her pay attention in class better. If I'm at my desk, she has a rolling chair that she pulls up by mine. She has to move some kid of way, and I haven't seem to find something that works! I think this is a great alternative way to keep her moving in class, but also engaged in learning. I love carpet time, and I think the bean bag chairs will help with better seating for one-on-one or small group instruction.
