My students spend 30 minutes in my English and Social Studies block reading books of their choice every day. The books I find my students reading most often are the books that I am asking for. The Magic Tree House, Goosebumps, Harry Potter, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and so many graphic novels. Every day my students come to my classroom ready to read, and are disappointed when they have to stop. I want to give them a classroom library that fits their passions and interests. In order to ensure that my students continue to become life-long learners and readers they need books that interest them, and meet them where they are at; these books do just that. To provide my amazing learners with easy access to books that they sincerely enjoy would mean the world to my students. They devour books at an unprecedented rate and are ready for more! Please help me to make my students life-long learners and readers by providing us with books that they just can't put down!
