Imagine a school where everyone loves to read. A place where students are so excited about books that they cheer when it is time for reading. My goal is to instill a passion for literature so deep that it remain rooted for the rest of their lives. Developing lifelong independent readers is essential because students who read become adults who think. In order to achieve our goal, we need books added to our classroom library. By donating to this project you will provide our 5th grade classroom with access to books and allow them the opportunity to fall in love with reading. I believe that reading can change the lives of children and, in turn, change the course of the world. Please help my to surround my students with books and generate excitement about their reading.
