Chromebooks will enable my students to access literacy and math programs that will accelerate their learning! Our school currently subscribes to I-Ready, a web-based literacy and math program! They are required to log in to this program for at least 45 minutes each week, however, limited technology makes this task extremely difficult. For most of my students, school is the only place they have access to computer-based learning activities. My kindergarten learners are visual learners, and these Chromebooks are the perfect tool for this mode of learning and keeping them engaged. Having a set of three Chromebooks with speakers and headphones would allow for more of my students to have access to the awesome online resources, each and every day!
