These resources will give students a hands on experience with rhythm and movement. The small drums give them the opportunity to use a steady beat to increase their musical awareness of rhythm and beat. The instruments give the students the opportunity to practice and learn the basics of musical beat and increase their passion for music. I teach on a cart and I have to go into the classrooms and take the instruments with me. Because I have a mobile classroom, I will need a speaker so that every student will be able to move and hear the music clearly. I will use the rhythm instruments to create a steady beat and allow students to have a hands on experience with creating music. The large parachute will be used in our outside space to help with movement and response to music and beats. Right now, I do not have a sufficient sound for all of my students to hear. These small drums and sticks are perfect for my mobile classroom. Having all of these resources, will give me the resources needed to provide all scholars the opportunity to enrich their music education.
