I am going to spend the summer transforming my classroom into a math cafe! Through much research, I have learned that providing my students will flexible seating will allow them to learn in an enviroment that meets their needs. My hope is to create a space where my students feel welcome, engaged, and inspired to learn. I will be painting my classroom with warm inviting colors. I have additional furniture that will allow for space for students to move and comfortably work. I will be using the two pub table sets, two standing desks, and the folding bench and table set to create different seat choices for students. Student choice provides an atmosphere of learning for students. I want to make my classroom a special place for my students. I appreciate any help you can give me to achieve this goal!
