My student-athletes on the football team will be volunteering their time at the Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, the Senior Center and local Elementary Schools. The supplies needed will help provide exercise, entertainment, thinking and fun to the groups of people they will be spending time with. This will encourage and help establish relationships with the student-athletes and the people they will be working with. Using box jumps, board games and playing sports with allow them to create a positive atmosphere where everyone will benefit from. Building positive relationships is one of the most critical things people need to maintain a healthy mindset. Having a connection with someone or a group of people allows people to feel accepted.
