Safety Stanchion posts will allow our students to be able to safely cross the parking area. With cars, buses, and vans in the same area with the walkers, it can be a dangerous situation. Our school setting does not have any other area to dismiss as there are several apartments complexes in all different directions. Our students often times walk home alone or with siblings that they are in charge of. Knowing they can safely cross the parking area to get to the sidewalk and the crossing guard will not only ease their minds, but their parents' minds as well. These posts will allow us to control the flow of walkers in one or two directions to maximize safe crossing in contained areas.
