I am a second grade teacher in a rural area of NY. We graduate around 70 students every year! My classroom has all kinds of students with all kinds of needs. My projects are designed to help all of my students for years to come. I often have a class size of 18. I have created a Kind Kids Club where I explicitly teach manners, kindness, and empathy. My students participate in a variety of small and large acts of kindness throughout the year. This year we were featured in the news and in multiple articles.
