A wireless speaker will allow us to engage students in activities that increase language development by including music and movement throughout our day. Children naturally respond to music. Music can be incorporated into our routine- during circle time, dramatic play, art activities, and even outdoor play. As a teacher of young children, I have found that by implementing music into our school day, it not only stimulates brain activity but it also provides my students with an outlet to express themselves more creatively. I notice that when important content is taught through music and movement, my students are more likely to remember it as well. Acquiring this new music player will help me to better engage my students in learning through dance and music.
