These materials will make a difference in the lives of my students; these resources will make it possible for social emotional, mental health, and self-regulation interventions. These materials will be added to the Mindfulness Room at Scott Elementary. The Mindfulness Room is a classroom that is dedicated to the overall wellness of our students. It is a place for ALL students to feel accepted, find their calm and feel validated. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn how to effectively acknowledge their feelings and emotions and how to positively manage.
