We want to beat the summer slide by reading! Without a public library in our town, students do not have access to books over the summer! We need to provide the books so that they can continue to learn new vocabulary, experience the world through literature and learn empathy by identifying with characters. Each book has been carefully selected to match our students' interests and reading abilities. Kids need top quality books to be successful and your donation will go directly into the "laps" of our students! Caldecott winners, favorite authors, and favorite characters are all included in this comprehensive wishlist of books for our K-8 kids!
