Do you remember getting hooked on a series of books as a child? Think of the anticipation and excitement you felt waiting for and then finally reading the prized next installment in your favorite series. My students share that excitement and joy of waiting for and then finally devouring the newest books in their favorite series. Books are so important to my students , they are truly Loved and valued in my classroom. Our classroom library is an essential resource for my students. Many of my students do not have access to books at home and rely on our school and classroom library to check out high-quality books. Please help my students get new books from their favorite series. Many of the books our in the classroom have been passed down from from my family or were old books that the local library was selling. Most of them are Falling apart or missing pages. Please help my students go on NEW ADVENTURES IN READING. I want each of my students to get hooked on reading and find a love for reading like I have.
