For the past two years, it has been difficult trying to provide my students a library in my classroom with old, torn, age-inappropriate, and hand-me-down books. I want to provide my students a library with books that are age-appropriate that will nurture their minds into creative and critical thinkers. These materials, like shelves and tables, will help me add on and create a new library in my classroom for my students. This library will give students full access to new and different books in a comfortable reading area in the classroom. They can sit in chairs or lay on the carpet while they read. They will have many opportunities to handle a book correctly and read one of their favorite books either to themselves, to a friend, or to a teacher. Most importantly, they will be able to let their minds grow.
