The days and times are over for classroom environments to be traditional and routine. Seating students in rows and columns is no longer effective to their academic success. Giving students options, like wobble chairs and floor seats, has been proven to be more beneficial. Flexible seating will allow students to choose their seating preferences as well as engage more active in their studies. Students will enjoy the classroom instruction while learning to embrace and accept that their differences make them stronger. Furthermore, it adds accountability as students can become more accountable for their learning if they are in an environment that they can feel welcome and empowered to learn successfully and effectively.
