Our school requires students to complete multiple learning programs on the computer and having some Chromebooks available for their use will enable them to do so. Furthermore, they will be able to work on research projects and simultaneously improve their computer literacy. My dream is to have the students do a research project on different kinds of alternate energy and then make an argument about which would be best for where we live. The alternate energy series in addition to a couple of Chromebooks would make such a project possible not just for this class, but for many of my classes in the future.
