Our classroom is situated at the end of the hall with our school garden just outside our door. We began our school year studying life cycles of insects with a concentration on butterflies and mealworms. We have continued on to study parts of a plant and how they grow. As a school, we are emphasizing the importance of showing kindness to others. Our class has decided to do random acts of kindness on our campus. With our classroom so close to the garden, we want to beautify our campus with flowers and grow vegetables that our student body can sample. We need seeds, pots, trowels, and watering cans.
