"Technology is not just a tool. It can give learners a voice that they may not have had before." It is amazing how technology can be a positive influence to the learning/teaching of students. Technology gives the quiet student an opportunity to speak volumes, the active student a place to express all their ideas, the English language learner an opportunity to use visuals and audio; technology can and will benefit EVERY type of partner. By providing access to iPads, my students will be able to remain engaged during literacy centers, math centers, and choice time. My advanced students will be able to work on higher level work, while my struggling students will be able to work on reinforcement to help close the learning gap. The addition of the iPads will only enrich my student's learning, boost their confidence, and help my students achieve their personal educational goals.
