My students need more nonfiction materials to access in the classroom. These sets of readers and the Scholastic News magazines are not only great for building reading comprehension, but are also valuable for informational writing. The Scholastic News is a very valuable weekly magazine that the kids enjoy reading and learning about the world they live in. The book sets are used in small group instruction and group projects. Our class nonfiction library is very small and all additions to our collection is greatly appreciated! Thank you for helping make our kids more successful in reading, writing, science, and social studies with these books!
