Our classroom is incorporating flexible seating. This allows students to move about the room and choose different types of seating that will allow them to do their best learning. Flexible seating allows students to stand, sit on the floor, or use seats that let them move. Flexible seating is beneficial to students because they find what is comfortable for them, so they can focus on their learning. Since some students love to sit on the floor, they need something to do their work on. Lap desks will allow students to work where they will learn best. Since we are using lap desks and tables, the bins will help our classroom stay organized.
