HELP! Please don't make my students have to keep counting connecting cubes, lima beans, or cotton balls with the self-created games I make. I have found that one of the best (and most fun!) ways for our Kindergarteners to apply something we have learned is by playing a game, but I want to be able to give them options. We need Math games so that my students can learn to count, add and subtract, use ten frames and much more. Many of my students have NEVER played a game at home with their family. I also feel that this is teaching our kids the problem solving and social skills Kindergarteners so desperately need. Kids can't learn taking turns, how to speak to others and sportsmanship from a worksheet or computer game. We could also use these for days we earn a class reward or have to do inside recess.
