Technology in schools has been shown to engage students. These Chromebooks would allow me to keep my students engaged throughout each subject area of the school day. Chromebooks will also allow my students to engage with other peers both near and far, within the classroom and with classrooms on the other side of the world. Bringing Chromebooks into the classroom, will dramatically reduce paper needs. It will give me the opportunity to manage tests, textbooks requirements, homework assignments, projects, and student reporting online. Computers in classrooms will help students develop the higher-order skills of critical thinking, analysis, and scientific inquiry through active engagement participation, constant interaction, and connection to real-world contexts!
