Students have lost interest in reading books. I would like to get them excited about reading by using technology. A Kindle Fire tablet would be very useful.Since many of them do not have internet capabilities at home, I believe that using the technology will enhance their reading experiences. The students get excited when they are allowed to use any form of technology. Using a Kindle Fire tablet will allow the students to read books that are not available in our library. Students need to be fluent readers and I believe this will help to keep them reading on their own.
