Without functioning music stands my students cannot practice and perform their music to the best of their ability. I have had students try to play while reading music of off chairs and by taping the music to broken stands but this creates posture issues and affects the way they play. By having NEW music stands I can have my students play with proper technique and form. Also with functioning stands, I do not have to borrow from the local middle school or other high schools in the county. This makes us less dependant on other schools performance schedules. My students work so hard to learn with these challenges, I can only imagine what they can do with your assistance!
