These laptops will allow my students to research high schools around the world to gather information on what makes a high school innovative and successful. They will view Ted Talks on inspiring creativity in the classroom and how to successfully teach all students. From their research they will design from scratch their version of the perfect high school. From a mission statement, to curriculum, to classroom design, and innovative characteristics that set their school apart from others. After researching, students will design an aesthetically pleasing visual and present their blueprints to a panel in hopes to receive funding for their new project.
