I teach students from a wide variety of background experiences. Some are very motivated to succeed at the start of the school, some struggle with motivation. I am very fortunate to teach a subject that can relate to so many of them. When I give them relevant lab experiences, my students show me their best. They thrive in the lab and experience so much success in science.
