Our students are excellent rhythm readers who are eager to play on any instrument they can get their hands on! This rhythmic movement program combines music, fitness, and educational concepts to create a whole body experience! This program has been proven to engage and energize students while improving the physical, emotional, and social health of its participants! This program provides a fun and and effective way to help children learn through music and movement, awaken intuition, reduce stress and aggression, while increasing creativity. The stability balls are needed to serve as drums and buckets are needed to be used as holders for the balls. Students play rhythms and move to the beat of some popular and motivating songs! Students are beating their worries away, while stimulating their minds with the rhythms and getting fit all at the same time! Other academic concepts can be implemented to stimulate learning and retention! Not only will students benefit from this program, but Teachers are eager to participate as well. Because schools only have a week to use the District’s set, many of my students don’t have an opportunity to utilize and benefit from this outstanding program. So we are in dire need of the Stability balls and buckets so that No child is left out of this Awesome experience!
