We have been blessed with the awesome responsibility of working with our most special---and vulnerable---population. With this awesome responsibility, we have the chance to help our students learn basic skills that most of us take for granted. We are requesting items that will help students learn basic academic, domestic and vocational skills. The toaster, toaster oven, burners and pans will be used in our kitchen to help students learn how to cook and to learn kitchen safety. The vacuum and rug will be used in the living lab to help students learn how to maintain their living space and a work place. The iPads will be utilized in the academic classroom to teach math skills and how to count money. These supplies will help us set up our learning lab where students will learn basic living and vocational skills.
