As a teacher for over 20 years I have taught children with varying academic needs. Some students need a little help while others need a lot of help and support. Many times I have noticed that it’s difficult to attend to all their needs being the only teacher in a class of 23 students. The math, phonics and comprehension games that I have requested will allow me to meet my students where they are. If a student needs help with comprehension, I can have them play a comprehension game independently or with a partner. Also if a student needs help with math, or phonics I can have them play a math or phonics game independently or with a partner. These games will allow my students the opportunity to practice a skill that they need help with.
