With these sets of books in our classroom, students will get the opportunity to learn from each other. Students will use these books in structured book clubs where students are grouped together all reading the same book. Currently, we do not have enough sets of books to have books clubs in the classroom. In their books club, they will have academic discussions, make creative projects, and gather new prospectives from those around them. I have picked these specific books because they all celebrate the diversity that is present in my class. These books will challenge my students to think in different ways and develop a better understanding of others.
