How many times do you hear kids told to find your voice when writing? For years I have been teaching kids to "find their voice" when writing. With the technology today, why don't we give kids the power of using their actual voice to put words on a page. How much more powerful could a student's "writing" be when they can use their voice. Students will use headsets in the computer lab to "write" their first draft of a new piece of writing. The tedious typing will be gone and the words they really want to express can flow onto the page. Help my students become great writers with the help of technology and these new headphones.
