My students will be able to learn and apply coding skills using the Cue robots. The skills coding teaches goes well beyond writing programs. Students will also learn computational thinking, problem-solving, critical thinking, cooperation, collaboration, and perseverance. Using the Cue robot students will learn to code, explore robotics, and solve a STEM-based challenge. Learning to code may open doors for them to pursue a career in robotics, technology, or computer science! Even if they do not pursue a career in computer science; computer coding, computational thinking, and design thinking are 21st-century thinking skills that all learners need and are key to future careers.
