My classroom needs Chromebooks to give my students access to reliable technology on a daily basis. My school has subscriptions for online programs and we need the ability to access those programs daily rather than twice a week during computer lab time which is only available when there is no testing scheduled. Five Chromebooks would allow me to have a groups of students rotate through a Chromebook station everyday. We currently have programs which work on math and reading skills with students at their individual levels and pace. We just need the hardware to use them more frequently. Individualized, targeted instruction can not only remediate and enrich students, but it is also motivating for students when they are successful and see their skills improving.
