I have a small-group table where I pull three to six students at a time and really focus on their individual needs. This time with students is crucial for student growth because of the personal level at which I can reach my students and target their strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes this individual attention can be intimidating for kids, yet the flexible seating can make it more inviting and can help with focus at the same time so that every minute is meaningful. Our goal is to use flexible seating to help our small-group time flourish with attentiveness and low stress!
