My 22 third graders have taken the book, Wonder, to heart. We have read every book written in the series (Wonder and Auggie & Me) and they write precepts daily to discuss. We even saw the movie together as a class. "Choose Kind" is our class motto. Wearing the same shirt to promote this would be a bonding experience for them. They would show this saying off with pride. I try to give my class something special each year that captures them as a whole. This year, I know that they would love to wear these t shirts. Unfortunately, my teacher salary isn't enough to allow me to make this happen and so I am asking for 23 special "Choose Kind" shirts. This would mean the world to my students and I.
