For my elementary students, music is a creative outlet and we pride ourselves on being resourceful! Two years ago, a special group of students helped me create BLAST Bucket Drumming which is our select percussion ensemble. We make music using 5 gallon buckets and have been entertaining audiences using solely those... and our ever-growing percussion skills! We are ready to expand! Inspired by "STOMP!" we are ready to incorporate trash cans, brooms, and more. My students value and love the time they spend being creative with music and I am certain these supplies will enhance their learning and performance experiences!
