These interactive Math notebooks will continue to enhance the engaging, hands-on classroom that I strive to create. I would like all my students to have their own Math notebook to glue-in or write down student notes and to do their daily warm-ups. This would be a great tool for my students to have for when they have open-book assessments or for when they are working on math problems in class. I have used interactive math notebooks in the past and have seen my students learn to utilize their notebooks to help them solve challenging math problems. With these math notebooks, my students will be able to access their scaffolded notes with step-by-step Math examples that will allow them to independently solve Math problems successfully and at the same time boost their confidence in Math. These notebooks are also a great way for parents/guardians to monitor what their child is learning in my class. They can flip to the most recent dated pages to match their homework and even support their child with their homework at home. The best way to increase Math skills is to practice more, and these notebooks will continue to help my students solve math problems successfully and grow stronger in math computation.
