With books like The Lemonade War, and Mummies in the Morning, my students will have access to quality literature that will enrich their learning through rich vocabulary and lively discussions about the world around them. They will build their comprehension levels, and increase fluency. These collections will also integrate all subject areas to tie in reading to various content areas. While continuing to build on their reading levels, students will also learn about the lives of historic people and events, economic principals, all while becoming comfortable reading quality literature. These book sets will truly enrich the learning of the students in my classroom.
